Overview
JDIH (Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum) Papua Barat Daya is an Android mobile application engineered to provide citizens and institutional users with direct access to regional regulations, legal products, and official gazettes in the Southwest Papua province.
Project Context
Delivered as an end-to-end freelance project covering both backend API integration and the complete Flutter mobile application lifecycle.
What I Worked On
- Built backend data endpoints using Yii to query and deliver legal documents, metadata, and search filters.
- Engineered the native Android mobile application with Flutter from interface design to deployment.
- Published and released the application for production distribution.
Technical Challenges
- Ensuring responsive document browsing and reliable PDF document viewing across diverse Android device profiles.
Implementation Details
- Constructed lightweight REST endpoints in Yii returning structured legal classification metadata.
- Developed responsive Flutter UI components optimized for smooth scrolling and offline document caching.
